DUAL-LAYER MESH DESIGN

Dyne rubber tracks are engineered with a dual-layer mesh. The first layer enhances tensile strength and provides enhanced flexibility in movement, while the second layer cushions pressure and safeguards the inner metal core from cutting into the rubber.

CONTINUOUS STEEL CABLE TRACKS

Our tracks are engineered with continuous cable technology, featuring a carbon forged steel core instead of the conventional iron core. This eliminates weak points from overlapping joints and keeps the track from stretching.

INNOVATIVE INNER CORE

Our tracks feature continuous steel cable technology and a carbon-forged steel core instead of the typical iron core. This same process is used for larger dumper tracks with widths ranging from 600mm to 1000mm.

DOUBLE-LAYER CORE COATING

The connection between the internal metal core and the rubber exterior is crucial. Improper bonding can lead to corrosion and inner bonding failure.

Our Solution? Two layers of core coating. The first layer protects the metal core from moisture and corrosion, and the second layer enhances adhesion strength.
