Shipping & Delivery
In-stock tracks usually ship within 24 hours. Delivery takes 1–2 days locally or 4–6 days across Canada. Special orders may take longer — contact us to confirm.
Yes, if the product is nearby. We can also arrange local pickup by appointment.
Yes. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. For updates, stay in touch with our sales team.
Yes. We ship to all provinces and the U.S. Free ground shipping applies to most commercial addresses in Canada.
Yes, but additional charges apply. You can also choose to have your shipment held for pickup at a local freight terminal if your location is remote or lacks unloading equipment.
Yes. We can hold your order at a freight terminal for pickup. This option is ideal if your site is hard to access or lacks offloading capacity.
Tracks are shipped on standard wooden pallets, typically sized 48” x 42”. Height depends on the size of the tracks. They are banded to the pallet, and shrink-wrapped when necessary for protection.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfer, and EFT (electronic funds transfer).
Yes. If you’re a reseller or buying in bulk, contact our sales team to access dealer pricing and custom quotes.
No. Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be added during checkout for all Canadian customers.
Warranty & Returns
Yes. All tracks come with a manufacturer-backed warranty, specific to track type:
Agricultural Tracks: 24-month or 2,000-hour warranty for AG-only use, or 18-month / 1,200-hour for non-AG use.
Compact Track Loader Tracks: 12-month limited warranty.
Mini Excavator Tracks: 18-month limited warranty.
Carrier/Dumper Tracks: 12-month limited warranty.
All warranties cover manufacturer defects or failures outside of normal wear and tear. Our inspector will assess the issue and may issue a full or partial (pro-rated) replacement at our discretion. Shipping costs are not included.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on new, unused, and unopened tracks. Items must be in original condition. If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover shipping.
If the error is on the customer’s end (e.g., incorrect size ordered), you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Used tracks are not eligible for return.
